If, after receiving your rug, you find a significant discrepancy in its essential characteristics — such as its quality, design, dimensions, or primary colors compared with what was presented and approved before purchase — you can contact me to request a return.
Contact me within 14 days of receiving the rug.
Send clear photos and a short explanation of the issue.
I'll carefully review the reported discrepancy with you.
If approved, the rug must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Arrange the return shipment promptly following the instructions provided.
• This policy applies to genuine discrepancies in essential characteristics only.
• It does not cover normal variations inherent to handmade rugs, differences caused by lighting or screens, or change of mind.
• Return shipping costs may apply unless the discrepancy is confirmed on our end.
• Custom or tailored orders are not eligible for return.
• Please keep all original packaging until you are sure you will keep the rug.
